TTDP president says Chandrababu will settele seat sharing

Reiterating that the TRS had spent Rs 1,000 crore. so far in the State to win over the electorate, TD state president Mr L. Ramana said they would haunt caretaker Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao who was shielding hawala brokers who were brazenly clearing crores of rupees.Mr Rao was under a cloud after the confiscation of Rs 10 crore at Adilabad which was reportedly for TRS candidates, he said.


Meanwhile, TD president and AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu who had arrived in Hyderabad on a two-day visit briefly met party leaders to assess the prospects of the party in the elections.


Mr Naidu will hold an elaborate meeting on Monday and iron out issues of seat allocation with the Prajakutami. The party manifesto was also expected to be released in the presence of Mr Naidu, sources said.


Mr Ramana said the party was not in a hurry to finalise the number of seats to be contested.  “We have a lot of time to finalise it. But our party chief will take a call on it at an appropriate time,” he said.


Meanwhile, an aspirant of Malkajgiri constituency, Mandali Radhakrishna Yadav, stormed into the TD headquarters on Sunday along with his supporters and raised slogans demanding a ticket. They tried to meet Mr Naidu but were turned away.
