Telangana state TDP senior leader Motkupally Narasimhulu on Friday alleged that there was a conspiracy to send him out of the party. He asked party leaders if they were not blocking his appointment as Governor and claimed that he was being insulted because he was a Dalit.Mr Narasimhulu, who did not attend the Mahanadu here on Thursday, said he had been working for the party for three decades but TD president and AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu did not give him five minutes. Mr Narasimhulu said he felt insulted at this.

He demanded that the leadership tell him what mistake he had made. He said he was being insulted because he was a Dalit. Mr Narasimhulu said he had lost everything by believing in Mr Naidu, who was giving priority to leaders who had joined the party .Mr Narasimhulu said, “I took blows for Naidu, I have trusted him.”

Mr Narasimhulu alleged that Mr Naidu had no respect for the Mala and Madiga communities. He said Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao was working for SC categorisation and asked Mr Naidu was not moving on the matter. He said Mr Rao had given a Rajya Sabha seat to the poor.

He doubted whether the TD would come to power in AP in the next elections. There was no value for Mr Naidu’s words in TS, Mr Narasimhulu said. “If he comes to here once in six months what is the situation of party workers,” he said.

The TD leader said, “Naidu believed MLA A. Revanth Reddy, but what happened finally?” Believing a “fraudulent person, Naidu has destroyed the party in Telangana state,” he said. An alliance with the Congress was theoretically not possible, and the TD could ally with the TRS, he said.
